How to provide information about yourself?

To place an order, please provide all the information listed in the product description. This information should be entered in the “Message to Seller” field when placing your order.

When will I receive my fortune telling?

Your order will be ready within 24 hours after placing the order, unless otherwise specified in the product description. If the product card indicates that the service is provided faster, we will fulfill it within that time frame — but subject to the rules of operation specified below.
Please note that time zone differences may affect the delivery of your personalized reading if you place your order while I’m asleep, but I’ll endeavor to fulfill it as soon as possible after waking up.
We are located in Kyiv (GMT+3). Business hours: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time. If an order is received during these hours, we start working on it immediately. Reading is usually completed within 1 to 3 hours after the order is placed.

How will I receive my fortune telling?

Your personalized reading/consultation will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order and will also be duplicated in Etsy messages (Etsy messenger).

What to do if it doesn't come true?

My Tarot readings are not statements of absolute truth, but rather visions and hints for the present moment. The cards show the possible direction of events, but the future is not set in stone. Any decisions or actions you take can change the course of events.
